A bar missing on a chart. Why? What shall I do?
Some bars may lack due to the loss of Internet connection. In such case, you need to refresh the chart using right click on your mouse on the chart to restore any missing charts.
«No Connection» in MetaTrader 4 client terminal means
«No Connection» means that i) you do not have internet connection, ii) your port 443 is blocked, and iii) your terminal build may be old. Click here to download the latest version of MetaTrader 4 client terminal.

«The trade flow is busy» in MetaTrader 4 client terminal means.
« The trade flow is busy » appears when you send the second order while first order is still processing. It usually happens when your compute is process too much information at the same time. In this case, you may close other applications that are running on your computer. To clear the request queue, you should restart the MetaTrader terminal.
«Trade is disabled» in MetaTrader 4 client terminal means
It means the trading session for instrument is closed. You should check trading hours from investment pages in PSS website.
«Invalid S/L or T/P» in MetaTrader 4 client terminal means
It means that you have put stop loss order below the sell price or above the buy price. It also means you put take profit order below the buy price or above the sell price.

How should I specify the required version – 32 or 64 bits?
The PSS MT4 installation program determines the type of the operation system automatically and installs a necessary version according to a bit count. It should be noted though that 64-bit Windows systems allow to involve all necessary RAM memory.
